Sniffington + Zapier
Send every new mention into a Zap: a spreadsheet row, a CRM note, a task for whoever answers support.
Set it up
- In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook and copy its URL.
- In the app, open Integrations → Webhooks, add that URL and pick the mention.created event.
- Click Send test, map the fields in Zapier (text, url, author, sentiment, urgency, reason) and turn the Zap on.
To act back on Sniffington, add a Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request step that calls the API with Authorization: Bearer ss_sk_….
There's no native Zapier app yet. This uses Sniffington's signed webhooks and REST API, which work on every plan. Webhook docs · API reference.
