Sniffington + Microsoft Teams

Get a Teams message the moment an urgent post lands, or a daily or weekly digest of what people said.

Set it up

In Teams, open the channel, choose the ⋯ menu and then Workflows.
Pick "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received", choose the team and channel and create it. Copy the workflow URL it shows.
In Sniffington, open Alerts, create an alert and choose Microsoft Teams as the channel. Paste the workflow URL.
Click Send test. A card with the post arrives in the channel.
Choose what pings the channel: an instant alert above an urgency you set, a daily or weekly digest, or a spike alert for a sudden run of mentions.

The workflow URL is a secret, because anyone who has it can post in that channel. Sniffington accepts workflow addresses on logic.azure.com, webhook.office.com and powerplatform.com, and shows the URL trimmed to people who can only read.
