Rotate a webhook's signing secret

POST /api/v1/webhooks/{webhook}/rotate-secret

rotate_webhook_secret Write MCP tool

The old secret stops working immediately. The new one is in this response only.

A full-access key (ss_sk_…), or an editor or owner signed in.
