Mark a mention irrelevant

POST /api/v1/mentions/{mention}/irrelevant

mark_mention_irrelevant Write MCP tool

Moves it out of the feed for good (it will never be re-collected). The reason teaches the AI what to skip next time.

A full-access key (ss_sk_…), or an editor or owner signed in.
